We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at FME Romania. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing sophisticated Cloud Architectures and implementing DevOps principles to leverage the benefits of Cloud Technologies.

Your responsibilities will include
- Collaborating in multi-cultural teams for enterprise projects;
- Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for applications running in the Cloud;
- Developing infrastructure as code solutions for automated deployment, log collection, and monitoring;
- Working closely with development teams, operations, monitoring, and other stakeholders to improve processes and implementation;
- Mentoring and guiding new colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AWS;
- A basic understanding of modern application architectures such as Bigdata and micro-services;
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Powershell, Python, and bash scripting;
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, and GitHub Actions;
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code solutions;
- Hands-on experience with container runtimes like Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, and AWS ECS/EKS;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef;
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions such as Nagios, ELF/EFK stack, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Thanos.
