Client Description:
Adecco is looking for a Senior HR Admin Consultant to join our team from Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Providing reports and statistics on HR related matters;
- Preparing and drafting employment documents;
- Preparing monthly table sheets, processing timesheets and facilitating salary calculations;
- On boarding new employees to client by creating offer letters, employment contracts and new starter packs;
- Managing the employee’s account expenses (travel & other job-related);
- Managing invoicing procedures for personnel leasing services delivered monthly;
- Maintaining a constant and optimal relationship with our clients and with our employees;
- Maintaining effective communication and offering support to temporary employees and customers.
- Overseeing employee benefits (such as meal vouchers and/or gift vouchers);
- Keeping in touch with the external services suppliers (meal ticket provider, banks, labor medicine clinics);
- Managing the database of employees by operating at the correct time entries and exits;
- Registering the clients and temporary employees requests and operating all the necessary activities;
- Scheduling and attending periodical meetings with the clients and employees in order to fully understand their needs and solve any inquiries, requests, incidents;
- Continuous updating the database in regard to employees specific information;
- Drawing up estimates for invoices, and coordinating with the Finance department in order to issue invoices and complete monthly financial audits;
- Working closely with colleagues from other branches / departments in order to accomplish objectives in a timely manner;
Candidate Profile:
-At least 2-3 years of professional experience of progressive and hands-on Human Resources and Administrative functions;
-Excellent multitasking, coordinating, and interpersonal skills;
