Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a new colleague to join our Professional & Executive Search Division in HQ Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant you will play an active role in supporting the business growth and our overall team performance having the following responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Develop new business. Target clients that are relevant to your specialized recruitment focus via networking, researching, recommendation and specialized events;
• Act as a mediator between the client and the candidate, ensuring the satisfaction of both parties throughout the full process;
• Achieve the financial goals set up by the organization (individual monthly target, prospecting/networking indicators, etc). Recruitment:
• Provide exceptional level of service to clients in managing recruitment projects (only white collar placements);
• Communicate effectively and negotiate with clients the cost of projects, milestones, process, updates and completion
• According to each project specific needs, develop the most suitable recruitment strategy (direct contact, direct approach, social media, events and other media channels);
Candidate Profile:
What we expect:
• 3 - 5 years of proven success in Business Development/Sales activity;
• Experience in direct search recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree, with more than 3 years working experience;
• Very good interpersonal abilities, able to effectively target and connect at executive level including HR colleagues, Sr. Executives and Business leaders;
• High energy, outgoing, positive and confidence;
• Integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential or sensitive information;
• Account management, client services, or related consulting engagement experience is preferred;
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook);
• Very good English knowledge, both written and spoken.
