Stream Lead Stream Digital Lending

•Oversee the alignment and integration of digital lending process on Micro and Small sub-segments;  

•Defines the vision and develops and implements the strategy for lending digital products/services; 

•Is responsible with the implementation / development of the new SME lending applications, respectively efficiency and automation of existing lending processes; 

•Follows the continuous optimization of existing applications and the adaptation of their functionalities starting from the feedback of the sales force in the network units; 

•Ensures the achievement of business and performance objectives, monitoring and improving the quality of services offered; 

•Is responsible for implementing the product strategy and pricing of products/services, contributes to retail financial objectives with profitability and cost control, monitors customer, product, and service profitability in the portfolio; 

•Is responsible for maximizing the value of products/services resulting from stream activity.
