Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of HR? Kellanova is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in Bucharest. This role is pivotal in driving and supporting strategic HR initiatives for our Romanian Supply Chain population across Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) and Co-Manufacturing.

 

You'll focus on employee relations, performance and talent management, onboarding and offboarding coordination, engagement, culture, and HR analytics. This position offers international exposure and contributes to the development and implementation of learning & development, engagement, and culture strategies at the European level, ensuring alignment with the broader Supply Chain and regional HR agenda.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Strategic Advisor - You'll act as a trusted advisor to the Supply Chain leadership teams, providing strategic HR support that aligns with business priorities and drives organizational success.
  • Relationship Builder - Establish and nurture strong, credible relationships with functional leaders and people managers. You'll proactively identify business challenges and propose HR solutions to address talent, performance, engagement, and capability needs.
  • Change Agent - Be a catalyst for change within the organization by challenging the status quo and promoting continuous improvement in people practices. You'll lead and support change management and organizational transition efforts in partnership with business leaders and functional teams.
  • Performance Management Leader - Drive the performance management and talent review processes, ensuring robust succession pipelines and meaningful development plans. You'll support people managers in applying a consistent approach to goal setting, feedback, performance calibration, and career conversations.
  • Learning & Development Champion - Lead Learning & Development initiatives at the Romanian level and contribute to the L&D strategy and implementation across the European Supply Chain. You'll design and deliver targeted training sessions and learning interventions tailored to local business needs and capability gaps.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English & Romanian.
  • Previous solid experience in HR roles as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably supporting Supply Chain or operational populations.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving and supporting change, with sound knowledge of organizational development and transformation practices.
