Support Analyst

(2 years temporary contract with Randstad for Philip Morris)

 

 

Your "day to day"

 

  • Register and answer to different type of tickets raised by internal or external customers.
  • Collect and consolidate information, preparing reports and status updates for Support Team, RRP Sales Team and Customer Care Team.
  • Perform User Acceptance Test for RRP Sales Application.
  • Involvement in various projects for QA testing to deliver business solutions towards company digitalization strategy.
  • Identify gaps in support flows implementation and propose action plans.
  • Preserve good communication with other departments to ensure a collaborative environment.

 

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree.
  • Microsoft Office skills: Excel (mandatory) – advanced level.
  • Foreign language: English (medium level).
  • Highly analytical, organizational, and curious mindset with ability to sort through complex issues and attention to details.
  • Good communication skills and collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and apply new information.
  • More than 1 year experience in a similar position/ project would be a plus.
