Support Analyst
(2 years temporary contract with Randstad for Philip Morris)
Your "day to day"
- Register and answer to different type of tickets raised by internal or external customers.
- Collect and consolidate information, preparing reports and status updates for Support Team, RRP Sales Team and Customer Care Team.
- Perform User Acceptance Test for RRP Sales Application.
- Involvement in various projects for QA testing to deliver business solutions towards company digitalization strategy.
- Identify gaps in support flows implementation and propose action plans.
- Preserve good communication with other departments to ensure a collaborative environment.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree.
- Microsoft Office skills: Excel (mandatory) – advanced level.
- Foreign language: English (medium level).
- Highly analytical, organizational, and curious mindset with ability to sort through complex issues and attention to details.
- Good communication skills and collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to quickly absorb and apply new information.
- More than 1 year experience in a similar position/ project would be a plus.
