Client Description:
Job type: full-time, indefinite period
Reporting to: Reporting to the Program Director
Responsibilities:
• Provides Guidance and customer support with UAS operation issues
• Support and participate in complex level systems maintenance on UAS
• Provides specialized operation support to customers (on-site or remote) according to established program procedures
• Prepares reporting about operation activities and related technical support
• Participates in program training, integration and testing activities
• Proposes solutions to problems identified during the activities
• Instructs customer personnel on maintenance and system operation
• Analyzes non-conformities and proposes solutions
• Attends coordination meetings required by the company
• Prepares other reports and information required by superiors
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Aeronautical Management
• Experience in aeronautical engineering or management
• Good medical and mental condition
• No criminal record
• Fluent in English (writing/speaking/reading/listening)
• Experienced in the use of MS Office
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Team player
• Willingness to travel in the country and abroad for long periods
• Ability to work efficiently under stress and with tight deadlines
• Ability to assimilate maintenance and quality processes
• Positive response to criticism
• Experience in working with customers including complaint handling and fault analysis
• Willing to work overtime or on days off for specific tasks (answering emails, telephone)
Advantages:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a military or civil pilot or UAV operator.
• Experience in the maintenance/operation of airborne systems
• Experience working with NATO quality standards (AQAP) and AS9100
