IF YOU ARE
- An experienced technical project manager with a background in C++, C, networking, or embedded systems
- Effective at implementing management of delivery activities, resolving obstacles and challenges faced by the team
- Knowledgeable about Linux, particularly WindRiver, and Yocto Linux
- Skilled in people interviewing, conflict mitigation, and resolution
- Proactive in driving initiatives, searching for opportunities, and analyzing information at a high level
- Thoughtful when making well-analyzed decisions and taking responsibility for them
- Committed with a strong sense of ownership
- Insightful in understanding client business needs and balancing team dynamics, retention, and recruitment
- Exceptional in English communication (both verbal and written)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Coordinate development activities and manage multiple products and releases successfully
- Drive initiatives, identify opportunities, and analyze information at a high level
- Make well-informed decisions and take responsibility for them
- Establish and manage communications and relationships with stakeholders
- Understand client business needs and ensure the project team meets these requirements
- Balance team dynamics, retention, and recruitment to support project growth and success
- Manage risks and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Focus on ongoing personal and team development
- Maintain high employee satisfaction and low turnover rates
- Ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and revenue through effective project management
- Promote and develop the Romanian location for the unit, particularly in the C++ direction
- Assist with staffing, motivate team members, and represent the unit in the Romanian location
