ABSOLVENTII IN FATA COMPANIILOR – AFCO 2023 event
Our team, consisting of two recruiters and three engineers, had the pleasure of attending the 11th edition of the ABSOLVENTII IN FATA COMPANIILOR – AFCO 2023 event on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023, at the Aula of Transilvania University in Brasov.
The purpose of the event was to foster dialogue and collaboration between students from Transylvania University of Brașov and representatives from the economic and socio-cultural sectors, continuing the tradition from previous years.
During AFCO, we had the opportunity to engage with students from various academic levels and learn about their concerns and projects. Final-year students presented their thesis projects, while others showcased their ongoing projects through posters and practical demonstrations.
Alongside viewing these projects, companies and institutions were provided with the opportunity to set up stands to showcase their organizations and conduct interviews with participating students.
