Building Bridges: A Snapshot from the ARRK and UTCN Blended Intensive Program (BIP) Encounter!
A few 
weeks ago, we had the privilege of welcoming 7 talented students and 2 esteemed professors from the Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca (UTCN) who took part in the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) event in Germany.
What is BIP? The Blended Intensive Program is a dynamic educational initiative that combines traditional classroom learning with hands-on industry experience. It's a bridge between academia and real-world application, and we were thrilled to witness its impact firsthand. This innovative initiative, held in Darmstadt, brought together EUt+ students from Latvia, Romania, and France, fostering international cooperation and academic growth.
Our guests, hailing from UTCN's Faculty of Road Vehicles, Mechatronics, and Mechanics, shared their enriching experiences in the program. The Thermal Management department at ARRK, led by Racz Laszlo, showcased their innovative work, providing valuable insights into the intersection of academia and industry.
The collaboration was made even more meaningful with the guidance of Prof.dr.eng. Cristian Dudescu and S.l.dr.eng. Radu Chiorean, who expertly coordinated the UTCN team.
The atmosphere was nothing short of inspiring! Teachers, students, and ARRK colleagues alike enjoyed a fruitful exchange of ideas. Our Engineering team in Thermal Management, including Andrei Matei and Ovidiu Muste, had a fantastic time presenting their impactful contributions to the company's success.
