Elena Enache, Director of Applications EDC - Cegeka, has about 10 years of IT expertise and began her career as a Mobile Developer 5 years ago. "It was a seamless move from programming to management. Having a business-minded personality I wanted to be a part of as many projects as possible, collaborate with as many teams as possible, and contribute as much as I could to the company's and people's growth", stated for Business Magazin's Top Most Powerful Women in Business.
What motivates her?
"Curiosity drives me the most. I'm excited to explore new places, meet new people, and learn about different cultures. I believe that combining all of these different things allows me to see the big picture, consider multiple views when making decisions, and understand the world beyond appearances", stated Elena.

She has big ambitions at Cegeka, including expanding the Applications and Data Solutions divisions within the Cegeka European Delivery Center, forming new collaborations with customers across Europe, and, last but not least, inspiring and assisting the people in the teams she leads to achieve their full potential.
