Professional Agile Application Specialist
Miele Tehnica is a subsidiary of Miele & Cie. KG, Germany. We produce electronic components for a wide range of Miele appliances, such as washing machines, tumble dryers, vacuum cleaners, ovens and other household appliances. As a Agile Application Specialist you will have the opportunity to be part of our local Agile teams (Software Development Division) in Brasov, as well as across borders
In this role, you will offer Technical Support, introduce Tools and Applications and your key role will focus on maintaining Agile tools, operations and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests and brings them to governance team;
- Perform analysis of collected information to identify and implement solutions in collaborating with agile teams;
- Help agile teams to effectively use agile applications to transparently and continuously organize information about their work, progress and results;
- Participate, lead and/or coordinate end-user Training for using Agile applications;
- Provide quality service to agile team members, potential members;
- Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers.
Your profile:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information/ Media Technology or a related field or equivalent experience;
- 2+ years work experience in Software Tools Administration;
- Experience with formal development processes and methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM;
- Very good experience with Issue and project Tracking software like Jira, Wrike or others;
- Experience with collaboration software like Confluence;
- Experience in the administration of agile tools (Jira administration, Confluence administration);
- Experience with Web and/or Cloud technologies;
- Experience with Windows platform, Linux platform and/or Mac platform;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
