How can we contribute to your carreer aspirations?
We are mainly a tech company and more than 80% of our roles are in engineering, not all of them though requiring a degree in Telecommunications. Our job opportunities are plenty and for people at different career levels in their life: from students searching for an internship to more senior experienced professionals.
The easiest way to find the available jobs we have is by checking our Nokia Careers - Jobs site and apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the selection criteria. The most important is to determine if your skills and potential will enable you to do the job that is advertised there.

How is the recruitment process?
It starts with your application on our career site Nokia Careers - Jobs. You can also apply via LinkedIn or any other job boards where we post our job opportunities. We highly recommend you to submit a CV in English as this is the official language of the company and you might apply for jobs where the hiring managers are not Romanians.
Following your application, one of Nokia’s recruiters together with the hiring manager are going to review yor CV. If eligible based on the selection criteria stated in the job advert, you can expect about 2 rounds of interviews: a technical test/interview with the hiring manager followed by a behavioural-based interview with a recruiter. The selection process is usually the same, regardless of the position type (internship, fresh graduate, experienced professional) and happens most of the time virtually.
